The three questions we get most
My free phrases never arrived.
Check the Promotions tab and the spam folder first — that is where roughly nine out of ten of them are hiding. Still nothing? Email us with the address you signed up with and we will send the PDF straight from our own inbox.
I want a refund.
Write to us within 7 days of buying the guide and it is done, no explanation needed. The full policy is in section 5 of the Terms.
Take me off the list / delete my data.
